Cancellation policies - Cancelation after manual reconfirmation will always imply the payment of 50. Reservations cancelled with less than a week's notice will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
Pets - no pets allowed.
Smoking - not allowed inside; guests are free to smoke on the upstairs terrace and on the living room balcony; it is aloowed to smoke also in the room's balconies (Belém and Baixa)
